Teenage Injures Cyclists and is Arrested for DUI
|
A teen with a history of traffic offenses was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, after she drove onto a group of Torrance cyclists. Jaclyn Andrea Garcia, 19, swerved into a group of about a dozen cyclists, two of them were injured, one of them was injured critically. Adam Rybicki, 49, was taken to the hospital, he suffered several broken bones and was in a coma. According to the state department of motor vehicle records, Garcia has been convicted of four driving offenses since 2009. She was arrested on suspicion of
DUI.
