What is the most accurate DUI test in Los Angeles?
The most accurate test to register what a person's blood alcohol level is, at any given time, is to draw blood. The police do not like to have a person get their blood drawn and will discourage them from taking the blood test.

Many clients have come in and said that the police told them that if they gave blood, they would be in custody longer. The reason the police do not like to permit a person to give a blood sample versus a breath test is simple, it is because it takes too long and requires more work on their part. Technically, by discouraging a person from giving blood, the police are violating the dictates of the Implied Consent Law. Otherwise, what is the point of having a choice, if a person is tricked or pressured into taking the blood test. The problem is, that proving this improper conduct can be very difficult. There are so many factors that can be attacked related to the methods and circumstances surrounding a DUI case. However, to really evaluate whether you should fight your case, you must speak to a seasoned Los Angeles DUI attorney.
